The Position

The Symicor Group is seeking to fill an experienced part-time Recruiting Telemarketer/Appointment Setter role.  Work in our Crystal Lake, IL facility or remotely from home. The position entails calling provided leads to set appointments for our banking recruiting team. This is a part-time position at approximately 20 hour/week. This opportunity offers a $17 per hour salary. Recruiting Agency Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to individual to set qualified appointments.
  • Calling lists are provided.
  • Maintain call records.
  • Any other duties as needed.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • At least one (1) year previous outbound calling experience. Outbound calling experience is preferred.
  • Banking industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to stay focused on goals and maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection.
  • Typing/data entry experience.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office.
  • College degree preferred.
