Paul has been a Commercial Lender for 13 years and enjoys all elements of commercial lending and relationship management.

He is seeking an opportunity with a Birmingham area bank.

Paul’s career skills as a commercial lender include:

  • Average annual loan volume; $8MM – $12MM in each of the last three years
  • Loan size of $2MM-$50MM depending on portfolio mix and or referrals received.
  • Expertise in structuring and financing commercial owner occupied real estate, commercial investor owned real estate projects, SBA programs, C&I lines of credit, term, and effective equipment financing structures
  • Manufacturing, Wholesalers, Commercial Contractors, Equipment suppliers and servicing, Engineering and Design, Municipalities, franchises and franchisors.
  • Generate new business opportunities for the bank by driving new prospects in key industry focused segments. Working with all internal and external COI’s in order to generate new banking opportunities.
  • Generate new income from production and sales of new loans, deposits, and fees from existing and new clients in a book of business
  • Additional experience providing lending, Treasury Management, and Commercialsolutions to SIC coded industries for health care and agriculture companies coupled with Public Institutions and Non-profit companies.
  • Consultation for liquidity management and treasury management solutions.
  • Referral of business opportunities to other lines of businesses in order to maximize portfolio income and retain existing and new relationships.

Paul’s is asking for a base salary minimum of $110K plus bonus.
