Charlotte – Commercial Lender – SBA (7a) (107358)

Mike has been an SBA Lender for four years.

He is seeking an opportunity with a Charlotte area bank.

Mike’s career skills as an SBA Lender include:

  • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, growing new profitable relationships from prospective business customers with sales up to $20MM with significant new client business activity.
  • Can deliver $2MM / month in SBA 7a commercial loan applications 
  • Average SBA 7a loan production over the last three years is $9MM
  • Encourage sales of products and services to new business borrowers, depositors, or users of services
  • Develop sales tactics and short / long-term sales strategies to promote the closing of credit transactions within a diversity of industries.
  • Apply extensive business development experience to activities that include but not limited to cold calling, constructive prospecting, developing VAR and COI relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of credit policy for each of the credit products offered commercial banks.
  • Familiar with all types of commercial lending:  Commercial Real Estate, C&I, Practice Finance, Equipment Finance, Capital Finance and indirect services: Merchant, Insurance and Payroll.

Mike is asking for a base salary minimum of $85K.
