Chicago – Commercial Construction Loan Administrator (107911)

Tim has been a Commercial Construction Loan Administrator for six years.

He is seeking an opportunity with a Chicago area bank.

Tim’s career skills as a Commercial Construction Loan Administrator include:

  • Ushered the growth of a construction loan portfolio from $12MM to $250MM.
  • Grew double digits in construction loans for each year of lending.
  • Residential and Commercial loans; Hotels, storage facilities, chemical plants, and apartments.
  • Maintain construction draw files and fully document each draw.
  • Order and review construction inspections to ensure draws are accurately matched to work completed.
  • Involvement in construction planning from the beginning to the completion.
  • Pre-closing review of construction loan packages to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate credit policies/credit procedures to make certain that proper credit controls are in place to fully satisfy safety and soundness standards established by bank regulators.
  • Review loans to verify adequate and current financial information, legal and collateral documentation, and other documentation required by internal policies, and applicable bank laws and regulations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Senior Management, Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  • Recommend loan approvals and denials based on customer loan application reviews.
  • Quote accurate payoffs and partial releases to internal departments and 3rd parties in adherence with privacy regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with area line managers and credit risk manager; provide information and assistance.
  • Attendance of all committee meetings such as Past Dues, Management Loan Committee meetings, and Director Loan Committee.

Tim is asking for a base salary minimum of $75K with an opportunity for bonus.
