Jenny has been a Bank Human Resources Manager for eight years, and has 16 years in the banking industry.

She is seeking an opportunity with a Chicago area bank or Credit Union.

Jenny’s career skills as a Human Resources Manager include:

  • Responsible for aligning the staffing department to meet business objectives.
  • Manage all activities of the department including setting priorities and goals, monitoring performance, adjusting procedures and leading the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for developing the talent acquisition strategy of 180 + branches in three states Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana including corporate and contact center positions.
  • Lead the team of full cycle recruiters.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for retail, contact center and corporate departments.
  • Responsible for compliance with OFCCP, State and Federal laws governing employment and reporting practices.
  • Oversee Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) reporting and filing.
  • Manage hiring process and compliance with I-9’s, pre-employment testing, background, drug screening and E-verify.
  • Responsible for the training and development of the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and manage HR metrics reporting to measure productivity and performance.
  • Develop policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop internal and external marketing and branding strategies.
  • Partner with the executive team and leaders across all business units to ensure a seamless and robust talent acquisition process to efficiently and effectively meet talent needs.
  • Ensuring the department exceeds planned goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition projects across regions and participate in the implementation.
  • Oversee personnel functions, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary action.
  • Develop and manage the relationship with community organizations and schools to strengthen company brand.
  • Develop and conduct ongoing HR and systems training for various departments.
