Columbus – Commercial Loan Assistant (107354)

Diane has been a Commercial Loan Assistant for four years with nine years of related banking experience.

She is seeking an opportunity with a Columbus area bank.

Diane’s career skills as a Commercial Lending Assistant include:

  • Provide administrative support to two commercial loan officers, a community leader, and back up support to other team members, and clients.
  • Served as a point of contact for all banking needs of clients
  • Responsible for training all new Assistants before beginning at their assigned locations
  • Assist loan officers with reports, filing, telephone coverage, taking messages, scheduling and preparing for faculty sales meetings and serve as a liaison between commercial loan officers, commercial clients, and various departments within the company
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating commercial compliance reports using a Compliance Management Database and collecting financial statements, and other financial information from clients requesting commercial loans and complete loan packages and narratives to submit to underwriters for approval
  • Conducted commercial loan closings and post closing
  • Request credit checks, and background checks for due diligence on businesses, and business owners
  • Create, and maintain Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and Power Point Presentations, and assist with preparation of letters, contracts, loan documents, and other correspondence as needed
  • Prepare travel arrangements for loan officers, and clients, and process timely and accurate travel, and corporate credit card expense reports
  • Assist Community Leader with coordinating, organizing, and effectuating various events, presentations, employee meetings and creating and managing prospect and client profiles, marketing campaigns, rsvp lists, and meetings using Salesforce
  • Assist with editing, drafting, and proofreading speeches, and presentations given at Bank/Client events
  • Serve as a liaison between Community Program Leader, Marketing Department, and outside vendors, and managed invitation and RSVP lists, catering, venue reservation, entertainment, and gifts for events
  • Maintain sensitive, and confidential documents using electronic, and hard copy filing systems
  • Actively manage the calendars of multiple team members and work effectively with other Lending Assistants to coordinate/plan meetings and conference calls
  • References are available.

Diane is asking for a base salary minimum of $49K.
