The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Commercial Loan Processor in the Waukesha, WI market. The successful Commercial Loan Processor candidate will be responsible for operational and administrative support within the banks commercial lending function.

This position offers a generous salary and a full benefits package.

Commercial Loan Processor responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and printing commercial loan documentation for closings.
  • Processing closed mortgage packages.
  • Processing the draws on construction loans.
  • Generating satisfactions and break down paid loans.
  • Generating partial lien releases.
  • Monitoring and maintaining UCC filings.
  • Entering the new and renewal loan data onto the mainframe system, JHA.
  • Auditing for accuracy of the loan entry function
  • Scanning/importing documentation
  • Reviewing and processing final titles and recorded mortgages.
  • Generating payoff letters and process payments and payoffs.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Commercial loan processing experience strongly preferred.
  • Three or more months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Proficient use of computers including Word, Excel, internet, Email, Financial Link, Jack Henry, and other data or software programs and applications.
  • Basic knowledge of lending documents.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong ability to interact positively with internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and have ability to plan ahead and solve problems.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workflow, complete simultaneous projects, following them through to completion by required deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
