Cary has been a Bank Human Resources Manager for 12 years with an additional eight years of relevant banking experience.

She is seeking an opportunity with a New York City area Bank or Credit Union.

Cary’s career skills as a Human Resource Defined Benefits Coordinator include:

  • Extensive experience as Defined Benefits Coordinator
  • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources including Benefits, Payroll & Hiring
  • Maintains high level of productivity among department employees through careful supervision, including training, evaluating; and making recommendations on hiring, and salary increases.
  • Provides support to department management by assisting with projects and related duties.
  • Ensures benefit reports and probationary folders are timely and accurate by checking the data prior to submission to carriers, plan sponsors, record keepers, and/or department management.
  • Facilitates employee and retiree understanding of benefit programs and human resources policies by explaining the benefits and policies, and providing informational material.
  • Ensures compliance with government reporting requirements by compiling data from payroll and employee records for completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Prepares department budget by developing the budget and reviewing researched variances.
  • Selects qualified non-exempt bank personnel by evaluating applicant qualifications obtained through interviews, tests and other pre-employment screening procedures.
  • Completed E-Cornell Advanced Human Resources Management Certification

Cary is asking for a base salary minimum of $68K.
