Orlando – Commercial Loan Administrator – SBA (106950)

Meagan has been a Commercial / SBA Loan Administrator for over 20 years and enjoys all elements of commercial / SBA loan processing, closing, review and audit.

She is seeking an opportunity with an Orlando area bank.

Meagan’s career skills as a Commercial / SBA Loan Administrator include:

  • Responsible for packaging, processing, and closing SBA 7a loans nationwide.
  • Loan Range:  $350K – $5MM
  • Review/Analyze credit write up and loan requests of low to high complexity level and verify approvals are in accordance with SBA eligibility/policy, and Bank policy.
  • Communicate closely with Borrowers, Legal Counsel, Loan Officers, and Title Companies throughout the closing process to ensure completeness and accuracy of all necessary due diligence documentation is received and in compliance for the loan closing.
  • Prepare the SBA application package, and submit application package to the SBA for PLP # and ensuring accuracy and completeness to include, obtaining original signatures as necessary and that the loan complies with SBA SOP and the bank’s credit policy, and prepare the SBA 7a Loan Authorization.
  • Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness, review approval for all closing conditions.
  • Work with Borrowers, Contractors, and Bank’s Construction Department to ensure all required construction information is obtained for construction loans.
  • Assume other responsibilities or special projects associated with the function of the department as may be delegated by the SBA Manager or Senior Management.

Meagan is asking for a base salary minimum of $77K.
