Phoenix – Credit Analyst – Small Business (107544)

David has been a Credit Analyst for ten years.

He is seeking an opportunity with a Phoenix area bank.

David’s career skills as a credit analyst include:

  • Spread financial statements into Credit Lead and Moody’s MRA software.
  • Manages a portfolio of existing small business loans for companies with less than $5MM in revenues and $750K or less in transaction size.
  • Creates credit presentations using Class and Credit Lead for renewals of revolving lines of credit and amortizing term loans and change in term requests for collateral releases and interest rate reduction requests.
  • Spreads tax returns and financial statements to determine if financial ratios meet the bank’s underwriting guidelines.
  • Reconciles general ledger accounts and bank control accounts and presents them to upper management.
  • Monitors problem loans based on MARS scoring system to identify risk to the bank every two months.
  • Reviews new business applications that branch managers submit for approval for a complete package and correct structure before submitting the loan to underwriting.
  • Completes annual reviews on Small Business Administration loans per SBA guidelines.
  • Follows up with customers for financial statements and delinquent property taxes.
  • Answers branch managers’ and commercial bankers’ questions in timely manner for them to provide excellent customer service to their customers.
  • MBA – Finance and BS – Business Administration, Finance.

David is asking for a base salary minimum of $60K.
