Anne has been a Commercial Construction Loan Administrator for 11 years.

She is seeking an opportunity with a Raleigh / Durham area bank.

Anne’s career skills as a Construction Loan Administrator include:

  • Managed a commercial construction loan portfolio of >$60MM principal advances with savings >$1.1MM.
  • Average deal size – from $7MM to $10MM
  • Reviewed and approved funding requests in a timely manner.
  • Assisted in the creation of standard operating procedures for Commercial Real Estate Department.
  • Created forms to monitor loan documentation review for draw request in compliance to Bank Policy and quarterly project reporting.
  • Identified, reported and recommended solutions to the Loan Officer and Credit Risk Officer mitigating risks regarding potential shortfalls in the budget and problematic completion dates.
  • Identified and prepared quarterly interest reserve report on construction loans as required by the FDIC.

  • Reported status of all CRE loans with a construction component to Bank Management Executives.
  • Trained New Employees on CRE policies and procedures.
  • Created CRE Portfolio Project Summary template to summarize status of projects for quarterly reporting.
  • Selected to committee to put together ideas and procedures pertaining to loan disbursements for Commercial Real Estate and for the newly developed Funding Desk Department.
  • Requested to manage more complex CRE loans by Senior Banking Executives
