The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Retail Banking Administrative Assistant role in the Atlanta, GA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Retail Department. Other duties as needed or assigned.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $47K and excellent benefits package.

Retail Banking Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and providing assistance to the Retail Banking Director in management of retail branches, retail lending, customer service center, branch administration and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assisting in the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and projects.
  • Providing administrative support on occasion to departments under retail on occasion as directed by the Retail Banking Director.
  • Assisting in coordinating schedules, meetings and calendar.
  • Be a positive and polished representative of the bank in all in person, telephone and written communications.
