San Diego – SBA Administration Manager (6330)

Toni has been an SBA Administrator for 17 years and enjoys all elements of SBA credit, operations and sales management.

She is seeking an opportunity with a San Diego area bank.

Toni’s career skills as an SBA Administration Manager include:

  • SBA underwriting 7a’s (PLA’s) and SBA Express. Extensive knowledge of fees, compliance and submissions.
  • Provided SBA strategic oversight and leadership in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities, managing staff of assigned staff.
  • Provided guidance to SBA lending officers, management and credit operations regarding analytical considerations, financial capacity, structural recommendations, approval process and legal documentation
  • Reviewed, analyzed, and presented financial and budget analysis reports, determining credit worthiness, assessing risk, and reconciling debt schedules, inventory and aging reports.
  • Utilized credit skills to author well thought out and concise analysis of relationships using appropriate structure and identifying key risks.
  • Facilitated regulatory credit examinations and internal/external loan audits and loan review, ensuring appropriate resolution to any findings.
  • Prepared and presented formal written audit responses to the Audit Committee of the Board
  • SBA Credit Policy administration; writing credit policy, loan policy and credit underwriting procedures; including analysis for areas of improvement

Toni is asking for a base salary minimum of $92K.
