Statewide (AZ) – Mortgage Loan Operations Manager (106809)

Phil has been a Loan Operations Manager for 20+ years.

He is seeking an opportunity with an Arizona bank.

Phil’s career skills as a Loan Operations Manager include:

  • Ensure compliance and banking regulations (HMDA, Reg. Z, Reg. B, RESPA, BSA  and TILA) are adhered to by comprehensive understanding, training, and administration of online courses through BAI.
  • Provide in depth management responses on compliance, deficiency’, and quality issues found in auditing of files by the banks Quality Control department and 3rd party vendors.  (HUD, FNMA, Investors)
  • Implement and help develop the banks National Closing Calendar on Share point.
  • Responsible for new vendor management and investor approval re-certification’s.
  • Steering Committee Member with vision to improve productivity and confidence in employees.
  • Develop Correspondent Investor Relationships by proactively seeking new suitable Investors and improving customer service with our present Investors.
  • Introduce new Investor procedures and file delivery standards to the mortgage department managers and staff by effective communication and leadership.
  • Increase and exceed high customer satisfaction levels with internal and external customer service lines.
  • Design, create and direct the functionality of new reports to multiple department managers and team members to insure their effective use.
  • Review, monitor and evaluate employees time, attendance, salaries and performance.
  • Recommend to Bank Officers and HR new employee hires, promotions, salaries, and bonuses.

Phil is asking for a base salary minimum of $110K.
