Statewide (OH) – Commercial Lender – C&I, CRE & SBA (106955)

Neil has been a Commercial Lender for 16 years and enjoys all elements of commercial lending and relationship management.

He is seeking an opportunity with an Ohio bank.

Neil’s career skills as a Commercial Lender include:

  • Managed a commercial loan portfolio comprised of C&I clients (90% of total portfolio) and CRE.
  • Strong SBA lending background (504 and 7a)
  • Total portfolio size of approximately $21.4MM containing 67 accounts including 26 C&I revolving lines of credit.
  • Largest credits are Owner and Non-owner occupied commercial real estate properties originated at loan sizes averaging $3MM. 
  • Able to spread financial statements, create credit analysis, and perform pre-underwriting for each loan.
  • Compile loan write-ups for committee presentations and facilitates negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
  • The average C&I loan amount per credit is $400K
  • Establish and manage a wide variety of commercial loans, both secured and unsecured.
  • Call and visits target customers to promote and sell establishment products and services.
  • Promote and cross-sell other products and services as appropriate to customer requirements.
  • Formal credit training – State Bankers Associations
