Statewide (TN) – Commercial Lender – C&I, CRE & Ag (107479)

Steve has been a Commercial Lender for eight years with 12 years of related banking experience.

He is seeking an opportunity with a Tennessee community bank.

Steve’s career skills as a Commercial Lender include:

  • Function as the primary Commercial and Agricultural Lender in my assigned market with average annual loan volume of $20MM to $24MM
  • Agricultural lending  (cattle, crop, and tobacco) commercial real estate lending, C&I (equipment and  inventory)
  • Outstanding commercial lending credit analysis skills – formal credit training
  • Presents commercial credit facilities to Loan Committee
  • SBA lending, 7a and 504 program experience
  • Strong community banking lender with ability to assimilate in a community quickly
  • Enjoys several sources of non-bank commercial loan referral sources
  • Sit on the loan committee for SBA lending in SBDC
  • Also responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Indirect Lending Department personally averaging $6MM in annual loan volume in the first year.

Steve is asking for a base salary minimum of $110K (flexible).
