The Position

Our client is seeking to fill an SVP/Bank Regional Manager role in the Dallas, TX market. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at banks within an assigned geographic area.

The position includes a salary of up to $125K plus uncapped bonus opportunity and excellent benefits package.

SVP/Bank Regional Manager responsibilities include:

  • Meeting sales goals as established by the Director of Marketing & Business Development.
  • Following up on sales leads; cross-sell to existing products and services as well as identifying / qualifying potential prospects within the area.
  • Documenting all customer and prospect interactions within the Bank’s CRM system.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with a new and existing product and service utilization. Actively facilitating and engaging, as necessary, in the planning and implementation process of newly purchased bank products and services.
  • Keeping clients and prospects aware of new as well as enhancements made to the Bank’s products and services.
  • Participating and engaging in customer/industry seminars, conferences, and trade shows to best position the Banks products.
  • Resolving any customer concerns or issues as necessary.
  • Maintaining required reports and correspondence with customers and the Bank’s Management, such as schedule of planned customer/prospect calls, sales call reports, sales closed reports, and pipeline reports.
  • Developing and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with the Bank’s product specialists.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred; accounting/finance experience is beneficial. The appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • C-suite level relationships in Community Banking required.
  • Proven sales ability with four years related sales experience with capital markets and/or banking experience preferred.
