The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Treasury Management Associate role based in the Springdale, AR market. The selected candidate will be responsible for deepening client relationships by offering cash management solutions by focusing on supporting Commercial and Retail Bankers with retention and maintenance of existing clients. This position also provides complex account administrative support, troubleshooting, and implementation of Treasury Management Services for the Business and Commercial Banking clients.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $45K and excellent benefits package.

Treasury Management Associate responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Treasury Management documents, agreements, and implement Treasury Management products and services for new and existing clients.
  • Assisting Commercial & Retail Bankers during the sales process and with presenting proposals and presentations to existing clients and prospects.
  • Ensuring a thorough and smooth onboarding of products sold to new and existing clients
  • Resolving operational issues to customer and banks complete satisfaction and escalate systematic issues as encountered.
  • Working with Business and Commercial Bankers to be alert of consistent issues with clients and help resolve them.
  • Handling appropriate maintenance requests and resolve complex product and account service issues through full ownership and resolution.
  • Maintaining strong thorough knowledge of products, operations, and procedures in order to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Performing period review of account statements for current clients to ensure they are in the appropriate product mix.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities and work to increase customer utilization of products and services during client interactions.
  • Analyzing prospect statements and assist in preparing comparative proposals.
  • Updating CRM notes and close service requests.
  • Assisting in audits and regulatory reviews.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
  • Two or more years of Treasury Management sales experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of treasury and cash management products, services, procedures, financial and account analysis.
  • CTP and/or AAP a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, working knowledge of general computer applications.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
