  • Performing necessary credit analysis and due diligence on new loan opportunities including underwriting loan approval for different asset types of loans: land, construction, bridge, and stabilized properties ranging from $5M to $10M to Senior Credit Executives for approval, including assigning borrower, guarantor, and facility credit risk rating.
  • Analyzed leases, rent roll, Income and Expenses report, appraisals, and Phase 1 ESA, to derive property values, analyze cash flows, sensitivity analysis, and calculate DSCR, Debt Yield, and LTV.
  • Completed underwriting on personal guarantees, which includes analysis of personal financial statements, Schedules of Real Estate owned, personal and corporate financial statements, business tax returns, K1s, and liquidity verification to prepare a global cash flow analysis.
  • Performed property inspections for loan draw requests, extensions, and annual, semi-annual, and quarterly reviews.
  • Maintained a database of customers’ compliance with financial reporting and covenant requirements.
  • Prepare market reports for both Commercial and Residential properties for the Board of Directors and external auditor.
