  • Responsible for all aspects of managing and terminating trust, agency, and custody accounts, including trusts distributing outright, in continuing trust, and to successor trustees and custodians.
  • Administer trusts under governing instruments, statutes, and regulations.
  • Daily review of prior day’s distributions, transactions, and monitor overdrafts.
  • Lead quarterly round table, providing training, procedure updates, and quick reference guides to Fiduciary Associates.
  • Process payments of debts, and disbursement of funds as needed by interested parties.
  • Review new account paperwork to ensure the accuracy and validity of KYC documents. 
  • Prepared documents for the discretionary approval committee, including determining the provisions of the document that may or may not support distributions and/or other requests for care and maintenance.
