The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Remote Bank Digital Products Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the evaluation, selection, implementation, administration, and support of all operational and customer experience technologies.

This position offers a generous salary of up to $120K and a full benefits package.

Bank Digital Products Manager responsibilities include:

  • Working with management to set and implement a digital strategy, drive digital innovation, expand the Bank’s digital ecosystem and establish key performance indicators.
  • Monitoring utilization to ensure the proper delivery of technology assets.
  • Collaborating with the Administration Technology Team to share technical resources as required.
  • Creating structures that gain efficiencies in process, personnel, and ongoing monitoring of risks.
  • Seeking technologies that utilize artificial intelligence to help streamline our processes and proactively monitor risk is desirable.
  • Owning the digital experience for our customers from discovery through multi-product relationships.
  • Consumer advocate and will lead voice-of-the-customer activities to ensure Heritage bank is meeting and exceeding user expectations utilizing customer journey mapping to design the ultimate experience.
  • Ensuring that our technology is understood and fully utilized.
  • Training staff on program capabilities and customer education to ensure confidence in our tools.
  • Performing other tasks, as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of position-related experience.

  • Banking operations experience or equivalent a plus.

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective management skills for resources and manpower.
