The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Branch Manager role in the Towaoc, CO market. This selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch sales and service efforts and ensuring the achievement of branch sales and service goals.

This position includes a generous salary of up to $85K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position).

Branch Manager responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of the branch retail department to ensure quality customer service is provided in a professional and courteous manner and in accordance with the bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Promoting the branch facility in the community with an emphasis on building the deposit base and cross-selling other bank products and services to expand customer relationships.
  • Maintaining daily logs for vault, mail, night deposit, open/close branch, etc.
  • Executing all teller functions as needed.
  • Providing administrative support to other retail and lending staff to meet the needs of the customer and assist in the sales efforts of the facility.
  • Responding to customer demands, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain a positive public image.
  • Making sales calls to existing and prospective customers to increase business and ensure customer retention.
  • Enforcing and adhering to compliance, security, and bank regulations.
  • Performing ongoing training, including compliance and banking regulations, as well as keeping informed of any changes to the regulations.
  • Participating in community and business functions/groups to ensure a positive image for the bank within their marketplace.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and three years of directly related banking, including supervisory experience.
  • Five or more years of directly related banking (Teller, Personal Banker, etc.), including supervisory experience.
  • Pleasant disposition which gives a positive image of the bank to customers and prospects.
  • Computer skills required.
