The Position

Our Pennsylvania-based community bank client is seeking to fill a Hybrid Remote Cash Management Relationship Manager role in the Doylestown, PA market. The successful candidate will coordinate Cash Management related business development calls with Commercial Lender or Retail Banking Managers and other bank customer-facing employees.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $80k plus incentives and an excellent benefits program. (This is a hybrid remote position – must live near Doylestown, PA).

Cash Management Relationship Manager responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the strategic production of Cash Management by pro-actively developing business through customer calling efforts, ongoing, and diligent follow-up with customers, prospects, branch managers, lenders, and other internal Bank customer-facing resources.
  • Conducting a personal interview with prospective clients to determine Cash Management needs.
  • Referring all new deposit account openings to assigned branches and oversees that accounts are set up/linked accordingly under the guidelines of Cash Management.
  • Making a line of business referrals to partners such as Retail Banking, Consumer/Commercial Lending, and Wealth Management.
  • Achieving annual New Deposit Sales goals.
  • Analyzing Business Banking Statements and determining appropriate pricing based on analysis.
  • Presenting product and service recommendations to client after review of needs; ask for business and complete the sale
  • Completing all Risk Assessments, Contracts, User Agreements, and Training Coordination or New Account Documentation as needed.
  • Assisting customers with Docu-Sign for Cash Management Agreements
  • Installing all Cash Management Software.
  • Conducting all Annual Site Visit Audits for Cash Management customers.
  • Supporting Cash Management product servicing as needed.
  • Makes product recommendations/gives proposal assistance to Cash Management Director as needed.
  • Assists Cash Management Director with reports/projects as assigned.
  • Trains Cash Management customers and their staff on how to access/operate Cash Management Services and equipment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Four-year college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of Cash Management/Outbound Sales experience required
  • Ability to analyze statements.
  • Knowledge of Documentation and Core Systems.
  • Ability to work directly with Third Party Vendors as assigned.
  • Ability and willingness to assist other Cash Management team members as needed
  • Extensive outbound calling experience with Commercial Customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
