The Position

Our Iowa-based bank client is seeking to fill a remote Loan Processing Administrator role. The candidate will develop strong partnerships with functional leaders and work closely with cross-functional teams from the business units and shared services to uncover opportunities to drive our business growth.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $80K and an attractive full-benefits program. (This is a remote position).

Loan Processing (Sageworks) Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Must be proficient in Sageworks or have been a Sageworks Administrator.
  • Managing enterprise application roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Leading the architecture, maintenance, and documentation of the platform.
  • Performing administration of the bank’s enterprise systems.
  • Bridging between the Business Units, end users, and IT Department.
  • Identifying new and creative opportunities to leverage the Enterprise Systems to support additional business processes or functions.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new opportunities within the enterprise applications.
  • Providing the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Building reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
  • Supplying employees with first-line support.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Ability to lead initiatives and maintain efficient levels of productivity under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
