The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Regional Branch Manager role in the Bayfield, CO market. This selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch sales and service efforts and ensuring the achievement of branch sales and service goals for all three locations.

This position includes a generous salary of up to $75K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position).

Regional Branch Manager responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the branch facilities in the communities with an emphasis on building the deposit base and cross-selling other bank products and services to expand customer relationships for all three locations.
  • Interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, scheduling, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining, resolving problems, and communicating necessary information on an ongoing basis.
  • Providing administrative support to other retail and lending staff to meet the needs of the customer and assist in the sales efforts of all three facilities.
  • Ensuring that all Branches are compliant with the Security Program and have the availability to respond to after-hour calls which may include but is not limited to ATM Maintenance, Security System Alarms, any other emergency situations, etc.
  • Responding to customer demands, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maintain a positive public image.
  • Encouraging individual growth of employees by the development of skills and expertise through personal involvement and example.
  • Maintaining daily logs for vault, mail, night deposit, open/closed branch, etc.
  • Performing ongoing training, including compliance and banking regulations, as well as keeping informed of any changes to the regulations.
  • Involved in community activities as needed.
  • Performing Personal Banker functions as needed.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and three years of directly related banking, including supervisory experience.
  • Five or more years of directly related banking (Teller, Personal Banker, etc.), including supervisory experience.
  • Pleasant disposition which gives a positive image of the bank to customers and prospects.
  • Computer skills required.
