Texas – San Antonio Area   – Bank Branch Manager

• Experience:  Responsible for the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, human resources, sales, record keeping, and marketing activities, led the branch to achieve $1.8mm in lending, manage and approve branch salaries and financial budgets, coach and train employees on current fraud trends and customer service, process and review credit applications and oversee team members to ensure compliance, follow and enforce written risk and compliance policies, standards, and operational procedures, strong knowledge of teller operations, including 15K teller transactions per month, visits 4-5 businesses per week and 2-3 events, skilled in inter-departmental collaboration around procedures and risk management, experience in underwriting and the closing side of consumer lending, Knowledge and experience with B, CC, E. FCRA, UDAAP/UDAP, OCC Heightened Standards, OCC Credit Risk Guidance
• Management Experience:  Up to 12 FTE, managing at 2 locations
• Other Attributes:  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, CRM, Symitar, Standout, VTR, VisaDPS, OpentText, OnBase, Kronos, and Meridian Link
• Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration
