  • Strong Commercial Credit (CRE and C&I) loans with SBA (7a/504) experience.
  • The average loan size analyzed is $500K-$1MM and up to $1.3MM.
  • Analyze, assess, and approve small business loans up to $1.3 million.
  • Assess financial statements, and credit history and manage risk exposure of CRE and C&I loans.
  • Serves as liaison between the US SBA and under-secured businesses to provide credit to emerging entities.
  • Create CRE and C&I loan presentations.
• Leadership Experience:  Train newly onboarded portfolio managers and underwriters using Abrigo Sageworks Lending Software.
• Other Attributes:  Formal credit training and proficiency in Sageworks
• Education:  Bachelor’s Degree
