• Experience:
  • Processes CRE and C&I Loan applications up to $36MM, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Processes an average loan size of $10MM.
  • Reviews and verifies borrower information, including financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Analyzes business organization documents, including articles of corporation, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and bylaws.
  • Prepares loan files for underwriting, ensuring all necessary documents are included and accurate.
  • Orders and reviews preliminary title commitments, surveys, and other necessary documents.
  • Trains and mentors new commercial loan processors.
  • Coordinates loan closings, ensuring all required documents and funds are obtained and properly executed.
  • Prepares commercial loan closing packages, including closing instructions, HUD-1 Settlement Statements, and final executed loan documents.
  • Creates and updates compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conducts quality control checks on loan files before submission for funding.
  • Communicates with borrowers, providing updates on the status of their loan applications and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
