  • Performed underwriting and analyzing of new and existing business loans (CRE) (C&I), assessing financial condition, operating performance, repayment capacity, financial analysis, industry analysis, and projections. 
  • Review financial statements, cash flow, trend analysis, operating analysis, and debt service calculation to develop an initial assessment by identifying borrower’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Modeling, P&L analysis, Financial Reporting and Account Reconciliation, Moody’s Credit Lens, and SAP.
  • Assist the Credit Risk Manager in maintaining the loan rating system.
  • Created and monitored monthly portfolio reports, Quarterly portfolio review reports, five-year forecast reports, and special asset reports.
  • Pull credit reports, OFAC, and background checks to evaluate and examine credit references for consistency with the information provided.
