  • Processed and closed the CRE, C&I and SBA commercial loans
  • Prepared loan documents, using LaserPro.
  • Has a strong loan servicing background (payoffs, etc).
  • Accountable for processing and documenting all new units, recaps, and refinances, including preparing all necessary documentation, ordering floods, requesting payoffs, and modifications as needed.
  • Worked with the borrower as the main point of contact until the loan was closed and funded. 
  • Accountable for processing and documenting all commercial loan requests, including acquisitions, construction, and SBA loans.
  • Responsible for ordering and scheduling appointments with the title company/customer, and closing the loan.
  • Servicing all SBA 7a and SBA 504 loans, processing any payments received, maintenance requests, and paid loan requests.
