  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Chaired the ALCO committee and managed the bank’s ALM program.
  • Managed the bank’s investment portfolio and makes recommendations to the Board.
  • Responsible for interest-rate sensitivity testing for the bank.
  • Responsible for the Call Reporting duties
  • Managed annual budgeting and subsequent variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of CECL and loan loss prevention.
  • Has a background in the value of servicing rights.
  • Oversaw all financial and accounting operations of the Institution.
  • Participates in the formulation and management of the organization’s overall strategic plan, including the Institution’s capital plan.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies, procedures, practices, and internal controls to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for shareholder relations and communication.
  • Works with employees or directly with customers on deposit rate negotiations.
  • Responsible for vendor management related to customer information security and vendor contracts.
  • Oversee facility and fixed asset issues.
  • Negotiate and manage the Institution and holding company insurance and bond coverage.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting
