    • Collaborates with all lines of business managers and executives supporting their strategic plan and performance management needs.
    • Responsible for workplace engagement scores, the culture and belonging programs, and professional, and job function training initiatives all supporting the Institution’s strategic plan.
    • Executes and reports on ROI training initiatives and learning investments while performing under budget.
    • Relentless research and development of Institution’s disruptors for training and product development.
    • Created the University program, which offers the Basics of Banking, Leadership Academy, Supervisor Academy, Remarkable Leadership programs, Intern Program, and Certified speakers.
    • Creates marketing initiatives to support training initiatives and success.
    • Provide training and culture training classes and consultation services to non-profits, Institution’s customers, and Chambers of Commerce.
    • Conducts public speaking at conferences giving back to the training community.
    • Published several articles in Omnia Blog, Training Industry, and Manager HR Magazines.
