- Executes and reports on ROI training initiatives and learning investments while performing under budget.
- Relentless research and development of Institution’s disruptors for training and product development.
- Created the University program, which offers the Basics of Banking, Leadership Academy, Supervisor Academy, Remarkable Leadership programs, Intern Program, and Certified speakers.
- Creates marketing initiatives to support training initiatives and success.
- Provide training and culture training classes and consultation services to non-profits, Institution’s customers, and Chambers of Commerce.
- Conducts public speaking at conferences giving back to the training community.
- Published several articles in Omnia Blog, Training Industry, and Manager HR Magazines.
