  • Single loan approval authority of $1.5MM.
  • Extensive SBA, USDA, FDIC, and commercial lending experience.
  • Seven years of management experience with up to six FTE employees.
  • Responsible for preparing summaries, credit approval reports, documenting credit Analyses, and recommendations for credit decisions to approve authority.
  • Presentation of facts, opinions, and recommendations of applicant’s creditworthiness to Business Development Officers (BDOs).
  • Review commercial and real estate loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approval conditions.
  • Prepared summary and credit approval reports, documenting credit analyses and recommendations for credit decisions to approve authority.
  • Review financial information and analyze the risk associated with the borrower’s financial condition, recommending risk rating when appropriate.
  • Follow up with customers to obtain all necessary information and clarification on financial analysis materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, the SBA, and USDA financial and legal resources to fully obtain correct and accurate documents to protect the bank’s interests in the credit relationship.
