  • Experienced in CRE and C&I loans.
  • Average loan size is $5MM.
  • Largest loan size is $10MM in-house and $50-$60MM participation.
  • Managed 3 FTE.
  • Perform credit analysis by reviewing a large array of financial information, determining overall credit strengths and weaknesses of potential credit customers.
  • Prepare and analyze spreads of various financial statements.
  • Perform and complete collateral analysis for all types of collateral.
  • Perform Inventory and Equipment analysis.
  • Identify and assess various business, industry and market risks.
  • Order underwriting items.
  • Review and approve loan advances, including construction draws.
  • Monitor and update Loan Pipeline.
  • Maintain Loan Committee Minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with all Regulatory Requirements.
  • Proficient in Sageworks and Excel.
  • References are available.
