  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone.
  • Build, set up, and execute Internal Transfers, Mobile Deposits, Bill Pay, ACH Transactions, Wires, Remote Deposits, Positive Pay, and other banking products and services.
  • Provide support to the sales team to complete their sales transactions on time and without errors.
  • Coach retail staff to effectively help clients and create the best customer service experience.
  • Meet consistently and work daily with internal departments to efficiently and effectively support customers.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues that affect clients’ transactions and experience.
  • Meet daily with management to discuss workload and prioritize projects to ensure they are completed precisely and on time.
  • Analyze, complete, and audit daily and monthly Treasury reports.
  • Ensure processes meet compliance standards.
