  • Exceptional knowledge of Deposit Operations, including FDIC and Fed experience.
  • Responsible for ACH, wire, CIP, electronic banking, debit card, credit card, treasury management, overdrafts, set-up and maintenance, regulatory transaction monitoring, item processing, and related exception item resolution.
  • Monitor and oversee the bank’s payment teams, providing direction, motivation, and support for first-line managers.
  • Supervised 10 FTE employees, including three deposit ops managers, a treasury support manager, and an assistant deposit ops manager.
  • Oversee annual ACH audits and compliance requirements, review and update internal policies and procedures.
  • Developed, trained, and implemented process improvements across all channels and streaming procedures, reducing expenses and creating efficiencies.
  • Performed ongoing analysis and audit functions to ensure bank delivery channels, including online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit capture, wire transfers, and ACH transaction processing.
  • Member of NACHA and has an AAP certification.
  • Proficient in Fiserv and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
