• Experience:
  • Responsible for SBA Loans (start-up business or refinance), working capital, purchases of commercial RE, inventory, and SBA business loans, with an SBA loan size of $150k to $1.5MM.
  • Use Premier to book loans, access Etran, and Pay.Gov for SBA Loans.
  • As a Closer, does some of the post-close documentation, including collecting business licensing, SBA audits, cleaning up files and submitting answers to auditor questions.
  • Responsible for project management (use Microsoft Planner), including working on 10 to 20 SBA loans at any point of time -, full funding, and overseeing the draw process.
  • Utilize OneDrive and work closely with loan officers and clients.
  • Direct client communication to close loans.
  • Working with our loan officers, processors, and clients to facilitate loan closing.
  • Procure loan documents.
  • Gathering all documents required to close on a loan.
  • Reviewing the required documents required by the Institution and SBA (SOP) to close loans.
  • Organizing the loan file to submit to close to management.
  • Extensive SBA Loan knowledge.
  • Knowledge of closing loans that are Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions, Lease-hold improvements, Working Capital, and all other types of disbursements that the SBA 7(a) loan program entails.
  • Distributing funds on multiple disbursement loans.
  • Responsible for clerical and administrative duties.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Finestra LaserPro, and DocuSign.
  • Skilled with Google Sheets, Slack, Asana, and other team/task management tools.
