• Experience:  Strong background in commercial credit – CRE and SBA 7a, reports directly to the Chief Credit Officer, manages a special assets portfolio, coordinates litigation process with legal counsel, executes workout solutions to mitigate loan losses and maximize recoveries, facilitates early detection of deteriorating credits through customer outreach, site visits, and collaboration with the Chief Credit Officer to determine appropriate action, compiles and delivers quarterly reports covering criticized loans, geographical and industry exposure, OREO activity, and large relationship exposure, serves as the liaison in external loan review, participates in meetings with loan reviewers, collects documents, and resolving inquiries to streamline the loan review process, prepares credit memorandum for commercial real estate loans and presents to the management committee, makes recommendations for loan approvals
