• Experience:  Certified Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certificate Institute (HCRI PHR), Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM CP), supports the bank’s overall mission through talent management, drafts and implements the organization’s staffing budget and the budget for the human resource department, advises supervisors and employees on employee relations matters, administers and monitors the employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k), and Equity Awards, assists with resolving human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
• Education:  Bachelor of Business Management degree
• Other Attributes:  Bilingual: English and Spanish, Proficient with HRIS applications (Paychex, ADP, Paycom, and Kronos) and iCims applicant tracking software
