• Experience:  Develops and enforces commercial credit policy, ensuring credit quality for the bank, single loan approval authority of up to $2MM, strong background in C&I, CRE, and SBA, commercial loan deals between $2MM and $3MM, performs various bank loan portfolio analyses, risk assessments, and reports to the CCO and Board of Directors, monitors criticized assets and work-out loans, oversees the collection of past-due loans and legal actions taken to secure the collection of collateral, coordinates and prepares responses to internal and external audits and exams, approves credit requests within assigned authority, analyzes Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses and facilitated the transition to CECL.
• Leadership Experience:  Manages all credit analysis and commercial loan operations support functions – supervises up to 17 direct reports
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Finance.
