• Experience:  Experienced in CRE, C&I, and SBA7a loans, average loan size of $7MM, up to $58MM, manage a team of three loan officer portfolios at a total size of $750MM+, C&I loans make up about 70%, and CRE loans make up about 30%, conduct credit analysis and memos for renewals, new loans, and new prospects ranging in size from $200MM to $50MM, bring loans to the credit committee with the officer for loan approval when over $2MM, maintain relationships with the loan officers’ existing customers through emails, calls, and in-person meetings, credit analysis included generating spreads, underwriting, producing term sheets, and putting together credit memos, built customer and business profiles in nCino for loan request approvals, worked with customers to identify any issues and concerns they may have
• Other Attributes:  Utilized Jack Henry and Salesforce nCino.
• Leadership Experience: Mentor junior credit analysts/assistant relationship managers on my team through training, assigning tasks, and being a resource
