• Experience:  Underwriting Healthcare, CRE, C&I, SBA 7(a), and 504, Average commercial loan size of $3.5MM up to $18.5MM, manages a diverse commercial loan portfolio of $26MM, lending authority up to $2.5MM, subject matter expert in SBA lending programs, ensure work is performed in accordance with all policies, procedures, and audit standards, analyzes various industries and has a thorough knowledge of the risks associated with those industries, communicates with all bank customers, borrowers, and guarantors, implements loan structure, terms, and conditions regarding a variety of loan and borrower situations, supports colleagues in sales, credit, and loan operations roles by adhering to processing and documentation guidelines for loan requests, prepares detailed written credit memos that summarize results of financial and credit analysis including identification of strengths, prevailing risk factors, and recommendations, ensure appropriateness of Risk Ratings and Facility Classifications at the time of Origination and during the Annual Review process, ensures data capture associated with approved extensions of credit is accurate, ensures compliance with credit policies and procedures and applicable law and regulatory requirements and achieve satisfactory ratings from internal and external auditors, supports business unit goals, coordinate with bankers on customer calls and site visits, when appropriate
