  • Positioned the bank to implement new GAAP disclosure requirements, accounting standards related to revenue recognition, Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) modeling and validation, and changes in accounting for leases.
  • Managed bank capitalization standards, and other key ratios with rigorous monitoring, communication, and optimization.
  • Contributed to enhancing funding strategies and positioned the bank favorably resulting in successful audits, and higher rating in compliance oversight by the Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC).
  • Conducted new ERP system planning configuration, integration, customization, testing, and implementation.
  • Active member of the (AICPA) American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (CGMA) Chartered Global Management Association, and an active CPA member in multiple states and services on the ALCO committee.
