• Experience:
  • Strong CRE, C&I, and SBA (7a and 504) credit underwriting and credit approval experience.
  • Manages a diverse commercial (CRE/C&I/SBA) loan portfolio of $300MM.
  • Manages the credit policies for the bank.
  • Responsible for setting and following credit policy to reduce loan losses while enabling loan growth.
  • Lending authority up to $25MM with a major regional bank.
  • Serves as Chairman of the bank’s Credit Committee.
  • Works closely with the bank’s senior management to ensure that loan pricing adequately drives returns.
  • Interfaces with examiners during their reviews.
  • Works with internal and external auditors during routine exams.
  • No non-compete agreement.
• Leadership Experience:  Develops Junior Lending Officers and Credit Analysts for the bank.
• Education:  Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
