  • Perform branch opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor all cash balances of tellers and vault.
  • Performs 6K teller transactions per month.
  • Supervises the teller line and personal bankers and fills in as needed.
  • Conduct mandatory daily huddles.
  • Experienced in HELOC, HEL, unsecured, and mortgage loan servicing.
  • Garners new small businesses for account openings and community outreach.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory financial service standards.
  • Assist in creating a strong sales, service, and operation culture, fostering an environment where associates and partners can excel and achieve scorecard goals
• Leadership Experience:  Manages a team of 7-10 FTE employees, setting goals and expectations for the entire team.
