The Position

Our Georgia-based client seeks to fill a Remote Credit Analyst role. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in underwriting commercial loan relationships by reviewing and analyzing financial data and preparing credit packages.

This position includes a generous salary of up to $70K plus bonus and excellent benefits package. (This is a remote position).

Credit Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the financial condition of corporations and individuals.
  • Spreading tax returns and financial statements.
  • Performing annual reviews on the bank’s largest and most complex customers.
  • Reviewing collateral valuations for accuracy.
  • Reviewing corporate documentation.
  • Assisting in special projects as needed.
  • Checking existing loan covenants as part of the annual review process.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to build trust and productive relationships with coworkers.
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly with Excel and Word.
