The Position
Our Houston, TX-based bank client is seeking to fill a part-time Remote Email Marketing Generalist role. The selected candidate will be implementing all aspects of email marketing and create email marketing campaigns including strategy development, content and copy, deployment, and measurement and optimization.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to $25/hr – Part-Time. (This is a remote position).
Email Marketing Generalist responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective and measurable enterprise-wide email and CRM-based digital marketing campaign plans that drive acquisition and retention.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create digital campaigns within CRM to ensure appropriate goals, channels, metrics, allocated budget, and reporting is tracked and documented.
- Utilizing analytics to monitor, adjust and report on campaign performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to email and digital marketing platforms both internal and vendor provided.
- Working with other marketing managers to ensure cross-channel campaign consistency of strategy and message.
- Staying abreast of trends and best practices to maximize email marketing and other digital campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing compliance with email and digital marketing regulations and policies including those specific to health care.
- Documenting key requirements, decisions, best practices and creates playbooks to onboard, coach, and train colleagues across the enterprise.
- Continuously ideate and innovate.
- All other duties assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in email marketing.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under time constraints, and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills are required.
