The Position
Our client is seeking to fill a Marketing Manager role to be based in the Oconomowoc, WI market. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualization, development, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication programs designed to meet the business objectives of the bank’s business unit managers while reinforcing the bank’s brand identity.
The position includes a generous salary of up to $85K, an excellent benefits package and maybe bonus eligible.
Marketing Manager responsibilities include:
- Identifying business unit marketing and/or communication campaign needs to be based upon business objectives.
- Developing marketing/communication campaign themes and messages.
- Managing all aspects of the development and execution of each marketing and/or communication campaign project from conceptualization through execution and implementation.
- Evaluating campaigns for effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
- Analyzing the results of marketing campaigns and develop recommendations based on campaign results.
- Contributing to the development and management of marketing campaign budgets.
- Managing marketing project teams, ensuring marketing and communication programs adhere to schedule and meet business objectives.
- Understanding and adhering to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls. Identifying risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promoting an environment that supports diversity and reflects the bank’s brand.
- Maintaining the bank’s internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
- Completing other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. Advanced degree preferred.
- Five or more years of proven success in marketing with marketing strategy and execution experience, preferably in a financial institution environment.
- Prior marketing, communication, and product development experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading highly successful teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of graphic and database tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities.
- Ability to speak in and understand marketing and technological terms.
- Strong digital marketing skills and online strategy development.
- Proven ability to measure marketing results.
