The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Bank Teller/CSR role in the Woburn, MA area. The selected candidate shall be responsible for performing transactions for customers including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.

This position offers a generous salary of up to $24/hr and a full benefits program. (This is not a remote position).

Bank Teller/CSR responsibilities include:

  • Performing all teller functions and customer service functions while maintaining friendly and positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Performing account maintenance for customers who want to change their banking products.
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving basic inquiries for deposit and basic loan questions.
  • Processing additional functions including detailed reporting as assigned by supervisor.
  • Escalating issues when necessary to supervisor in order to achieve successful customer service.
  • Learning and following the bank’s operating procedures.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One or more years of cash handling experience in a banking setting.
  • Two or more years of customer service experience.
  • Exemplary organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow precise directions and learn banking equipment and software quickly.
