The Position

Our client is seeking to fill a Customer Experience Officer role in the Dallas, TX market. The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a significant role in implementing the strategic goal of providing industry-leading client care experiences and services.

The position includes a salary of up to $150K and an excellent benefits package.

Customer Experience Officer responsibilities include:

  • Implementing product development’s vision and establishing clear objectives, goals, and milestones for the customer experience strategy.
  • Driving continuous improvement and champion positive change to improve service levels and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as a content expert on emerging customer experience trends and best practices.
  • Leading and documenting the customer experience and communicate gaps throughout the organization by using customer journey mapping process.
  • Measuring and observing customer usage and satisfaction and incorporating those findings into product and service developments.
  • Identifying and implementing industry best practices, strategies, and processes to support best-in-class service experience.
  • Working closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience, ensuring customer priorities are considered.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent business experience.
  • Eight years of managing the customer experience in a service environment and formal customer experience training.
  • Prefer banking or finance services experience.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel solution building with an emphasis on emerging channels including social media, mobile, chat, and CRM technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and be a highly motivated self-starter with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
  • Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required.
